We asked these and many other questions to over 400 Italian communicators. Below are the results obtained and the related considerations.

Online PR professionals: the new tools for communicating We can certainly say that PRs have learned to use social media : 92.7% of those interviewed declared this. The percentages for the other items are drastically reduced: the familiarity with CMS of those who deal with online public relations has reached 53.3% , the same percentage has been achieved by SEO, while the SEM and SEM techniques bring up the rear.
